We keep as little data as we can.

What we store

• Your account: email address and name.
• Your uploads, AI characters and videos, which are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Usage records (credits used, purchases) to run your account.

Who processes it

Uploads are sent to our AI providers only to create your video or character and to check content for safety. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

Your choices

You can delete any video at any time from My videos. To delete your account, email hello@hopvid.com.
