hopvid uses AI to animate a character with the movements from a short video clip. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

• Only upload videos and images you own or have permission to use.
• Only upload videos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it.
• You may not use a real person's photo, face or likeness as a character without that person's permission. Public figures, politicians and celebrities are never allowed.
• No sexual content, no content involving minors, no violence, harassment or hate.
• Don't use hopvid to deceive people, impersonate anyone or spread misinformation.

We check uploads automatically and may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Videos you make

You can use the videos you create for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you had the rights to what you uploaded. Videos may be labelled as AI-generated. Videos carry a small hopvid.com watermark unless you have the Remove Watermark add-on, which only removes our own watermark.

Plans and credits

• Plans renew weekly until you cancel. Weekly credits don't roll over.
• Extra credit packs expire 30 days after purchase.
• Credits for failed videos are refunded automatically.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Storage

Uploads, characters and videos are deleted after 7 days. Download anything you want to keep.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on hopvid infringes your rights or uses your likeness without permission, email hello@hopvid.com and we'll remove it.
