Refunds & Cancellation

Payments on hopvid are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

Cancelling a plan

• Plans and the Remove Watermark add-on renew every week until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the week you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Because credits can be used as soon as you buy them, payments are generally not refundable once credits have been used.
• If you were charged by mistake, or a problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
• Credits for videos that fail are always returned to your balance automatically.
• This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
